Office Host

Some companies say they are dynamic, but we are really dynamic and sustainable on top of that. As an Office Host you will be warmly welcomed, because we need you. You enjoy taking on crucial tasks that no one often gets around to. You unburden and create overview. Is this you in a nutshell?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your days are varied. You support technical purchasing for one hour a week so that the largest peeling factory in Europe is equipped with everything it needs. Someone who can set up a clear system is what we need. The other hours you work on the personnel administration. So that the invoices of personnel are properly checked and everyone gets their declarations paid on time. But also the management of the building to ensure that the mail and parcels leave the door on time are part of the range of tasks. You’ve seen it all and thought about ordering new markers before anyone even noticed they ran out. You take care of our groceries and organize the agendas for external meetings.

You will join the ‘Money and People’ team and will work closely with Tiemen, our young Financial Controller, Bas – our co-founder, Lindy – our Flemish HR Business Partner and your direct partner the People Pioneer. That last person will start just two months before you.

 

WE ARE

the sustainable peel farmer of the 21st century and a circular, Food Tech company. Instead of being incinerated into waste, we give orange peels a second life: we extract raw materials from the peel that we process into food ingredients. Started in 2017, we have become the market leader in the Netherlands in this area in barely 5 years. Soon we will be the largest citrus peel processor in Europe. People can now drink their juice without any worries, knowing that there is a local and sustainable solution for the leftover peels.

SKILLS

  • You have a MBO4 diploma in administration, accounting or similar.
  • You may have already gained experience as an office manager.
  • You may have experience purchasing for manufacturing companies yourself.
  • You can work independently and structured.

OUR OFFER

  • A part-time role of 24 hours a week within a sustainable organisation.
  • Starting salary of 2100 Euros gross per month, based on a 40 hours week.
  • A fixed-term contract of 12 months followed by a indefinite contract, with good standing.  
  • The chance to start working with us from April 1, 2022 
  • 100 % travel allowance 
  • 20 Euros telephone compensation
