Innovation internship

📸 The Challenge

During this internship you will be involved in the development of new ingredients and the optimization of the current ingredients. This means pioneering small pieces of the puzzle! You see connections between technology and business case and you can deal with a certain degree of uncertainty. On the other hand, at PeelPioneers many things can be realized ‘out of the blue’! What do you mean to PeelPioneers? During your internship, our Peel lab is at your disposal to put your ideas into practice immediately and you will have the freedom to explore other companies in the market.

You give practical meaning to innovation issues and you also sometimes participate in other projects that require our attention. So some flexibility is important! In addition to the research, you will be included in all common activities and you will be given the opportunity to make your contribution. This way you gain experience and gain insight into the entire development process!

🍋 The ingredients you’ll need

We don’t have to tell you that you have good communication skills, are flexible and professional. Sustainability and reuse of residual flows are keywords that make you very happy and that you like to sink your teeth into.

What do you need to make this internship a success:

  • Doing a food related HBO/WO education (e.g. environmental science, biotech, innovation management, marketing, business administration, food technology, chemical engineering)
  • Developing ideas on your own initiative is the driving force
  • You are open, critical, proactive and come up with creative ideas
  • You are looking for an internship from February/march 2023
  • You have a passion for food and drink and you love it to dive further into this!

In addition to a market-based internship compensation of €250 gross per month, we offer you an experienced internship supervisor and a challenging, varied and above all instructive internship.
